Terms and conditions

  1. Scope: These terms and conditions apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the online shop www.schafhocker.com.

  3. Product presentation: The product presentation on our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation for the customer to submit an offer.

  4. Order: You can place your order via our online shop. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the ordered goods.

  5. Prices: All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price and are shown separately.

  6. Payment: You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice from us with the necessary information.

  7. Delivery: Delivery takes place within the EU. Delivery time is typically 10-12 business days (excluding special production, limited edition products) from the day your order is shipped.

  8. Retention of title: The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

  9. Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Please note our cancellation policy, which will be sent to you by email together with the order confirmation.

  10. Warranty: The statutory warranty provisions apply. If there are any defects, please contact us to find a solution.

  11. Liability: We are liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

  12. Data protection: We only use your personal data to process your order. Further information can be found in our data protection declaration.

  13. Image rights:  The image rights to all product images displayed in the online shop lie exclusively with the shop operator and are protected by copyright. Any use of the images by third parties requires the express written consent of the shop operator. In the event of unauthorized use of product images from our online shop, we reserve the right to take legal action.
  14. Final provisions: The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction is [St. Pölten Regional Court]. If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
