Since each piece is a "one-off", the right of withdrawal "NOT"

applies here

However, you always have the opportunity to speak or write to us within 14 days with reasons given in order to possibly find a goodwill solution.

In the case of a goodwill solution, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
